Summit City prides itself on providing a great listening environment for enjoying a wide variety of music.
Our venue holds 100 people and we try to keep our cover charges relatively low so great live music stays accessible. We’re centrally located approximately 2 ½ hours from Asheville, NC, Knoxvillle, TN, Lexington, KY, and Charleston, WV.
We request the following of bands that play here:
- a website with links to music samples (myspace is fine)
- a high-quality band photo for use in press releases
- posters if available

If you already have a date booked, please send us anything we can use to help promote the event here at the club: posters, flyers, weblinks, CDs, photos, etc. We have a great local community radio station here in Whitesburg—WMMT 88.7—if you are interested in promoting your music through WMMT please contact Dave Fields at 606-33-0108.
